to MO and back

We just got back from our annual trek to Nonna and GP's lake house in Missouri. If you are thinking you have missed out on the last month, have no fear. I am about to post way too many pictures for you to feast your eyes on.

We started our voyage very early. Brother gave directions to help us get to St. Louis. We made great time and were able to go to the Magic House.

The Magic House is a giant children's museum with SO much to do and play with.

Taking your picture with the giant ball that makes your hair stand up is the thing to do at Magic House. We have a picture of GP and Daddy doing it from when he was about 5. I, however, wanted no part of the tradition.
Brother was not exactly thrilled about it either.

He did love the crawling tubes though!

We finished up our visit with a trip outside to the garden...

and a little boat ride that was just our style.

I love our St. Louis friends "the boys" and it was such a treat to have dinner with them as well as their new sister after the Magic House. We even got to play at a great park. Day one of our road trip was a huge success!
