party time

After saying I did not want a birthday for a week, I finally started to warm up to the idea on Friday when I realized cake would be involved. Saturday morning Daddy put choo choo train shirts on me and Brother and we headed to the choo choo park. When we arrived I saw Mommy had a party all set up for my 3rd and Brother's 1st birthday. The first thing I saw was my train cake. I could not contain my excitement about the cake. I was grinning from ear to ear!

Brother was pretty excited as well!

During our party 4 trains went by!
I was not willing to play until I could sink my teeth into a cupcake... and by sink my teeth in I really mean lick off the icing on top.
Brother loved playing on the playground.

I had a great time with my friends too.

After a little playtime we had some lunch.

Brother had his very own cake! He was shaking while he was eating his cake so we thought he may be cold and decided to relocate him to the sun.
Nope. He was not cold. He was shaking with excitement over getting to eat sugar for the first time! He shook the entire time he ate his cake, which was a pretty long time.
He really destroyed the thing!
I decided to open my presents even though Mommy wanted me to wait. Why would I wait when presents were involved?? My friends and family were so generous and thoughtful! I felt very loved. This cape was a gift made by Lil Miss' mommy. Now I am officially Super Boy!

It was a fantastic birthday celebration. I guess I was wrong after all. I really did want a birthday.
