While we were in Chicago, two new things developed. The first is that we got new tile in our bathroom. The old tile was a dirty looking color and was laid on
linoleum. Even I know that is not a good thing. So with Poppy and Uncle Charlie learning, our new friend Jose replaced the tile. I think it turned out beautifully! Mommy was going for a modern twist on the classic black and white look. Now the shower looks really bad next to the floors, so that will be the next project.
The second development was that my first top tooth came in! This is tooth number 3 for me. Mommy took a very silly video to try and show you my tooth. It is hard to see because it is just a white line right now, but the video is still pretty entertaining. I suggest keeping your fingers in your pocket when you are around me now, because I just can't resist trying to sink my teeth right in!
my dear chunky monkey, i, too was gladdened to see your smiling, laughing face via video...it has been much too long, my friend. i must confess that now that you have a few more teeth and remain ever larger in height and girth than me, i am a little nervous to play...but if i know my mommy, she loves chatting with yours, so it won't be long before you beat me in an eating contest again and i get to startle you with my loud noises!
