a fishy birthday

To celebrate Daddy's birthday we took a trip to the aquarium! We gave Poppy a ticket for Father's Day, so Kami and Poppy joined in on the fun!
We arrived a few minutes before they opened, so when we got in, we were the only people in the tunnel under the giant tank. We took our time looking at all of the amazing fish, rays and sharks.
We felt like we were having our own private party with the fish!
Sister was bright eyed and alert while we were in the tube.
She also really liked the bright colored fish.
 A very silly family picture!
While we were posing for this picture, the scuba diver swam up behind and surprised us!

 The whale sharks were huge!
 More tunnel fun!
The penguins are so fun. This guy swam by while Daddy and I were exploring a small tunnel.
If you look closely you can see Brother and Daddy next to the penguin.
Poppy really loves penguins. He kind of looks like one here!
I got to see these guys have breakfast!

We got to touch sharks and sting rays!
It was a great day! After seeing the wonderful dolphin show we headed outside for a picnic lunch. We were surprised when we went by a Coke machine and a bottle came out. We walked over and the machine said we were winners! We got 3 cokes, a small soccer ball, a t-shirt, 2 small Cokes and a giant plastic cup! It was a super fun surprise.
After naps for everyone, we took Daddy to our favorite Mexican restaurant for dinner. The waiters all sang to him and let him borrow this hat for a picture...
and of course one of Brother too!
Thanks for making your birthday a wonderful day for us Daddy!
